SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Sales Manager to join our professional and dedicated Operations Department based here in Japan. Stop waiting and join us if you want to make a direct and visible impact and contribute to large-scale success!

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets (KPI) on generating gross profit 

2. Act as the lead point of contact for your client portfolio with a focus on building long-term   relationships and increasing profitability/revenue

3. Formulate and implement a strategic business plans that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

4. Generate periodic meeting with sales team for constructive feedbacks  and further develop market strategy

5. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly targets and initiatives 


Qualifications and Requirements

1. Degree in international trade, business management or other related disciplines 

2. Solid understanding and knowledge or connections in the LCD and touch panel area in Japan.

3. Fun, open, and optimistic personality with willingness in facing new challenges 

4. At least 5 years solid experience in a managerial role, highly preferred in electronic products related 

5. Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organisation skills

6. Proficiency in both English and Japanese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus 

7. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 

8. Strong business sense and industry expertise 


Working Hours

Monday-Friday: 9:00am ~ 12:00am, 13:30pm ~ 18:00pm
