RESPONSIBILITY TO EMPLOYEE

Human resources are the supporting force for corporate development. TOPLAND's rules and regulations have clear provisions on the life, health and work treatment of employees, try to protecting the rights of every employee and improving the treatment of employees. If employees have any questions about the matters described in our rules and regulations, they can ask their supervisor for help.

RESPONSIBILITY TO ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

To produce more green and environment-friendly photoelectric display products, TOPLAND invites professional institutions outside to measure our carbon emissions every year. Detailed greenhouse gas emission data is routinely collected and analyzed for improvement opportunities. Overall, we have reduced our emissions by 30 percent!

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

TOPLAND’s Code of Conduct for Suppliers states the central principles, key policies, and procedures governing the cooperation between TOPLAND and each of its suppliers. The Code ensures that TOPLAND conducts all of its procurement activities in accordance with the law, as well as with the principles of the UN Global Compact and of the Responsible Business Alliance.

GREEN PROCUREMENT

We have a responsibility to perform a comprehensive assessment of the environmental impacts of our products throughout their life cycles at every phase, from product manufacturing and usage through to recycling of end-of-life products. We promote Green Procurement as a measure during the manufacturing phase, involving the purchase of products, parts and components and materials with minimal environmental impact from suppliers that vigorously promote environmental protection.

DEVELOPMENT SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGY, REPAY TO THE SOCIETY

At least 25% of TOPLAND's annual income is spent on R&D and engineering team construction every year, constantly trying to upgrade our products and achieve new technological breakthroughs.Meanwhile, TOPLAND strive to become an active participant in public welfare undertakings, use part of the profits to repay the society, try to establish the social image of a responsible enterprise.
